• Participation fee (Space rent only)
  ¥336,000 per booth (2.97m wide, 2.97m deep, 2.7m high)
• Additional costs
  Decoration charges (Around ¥100,000/booth), electrical construction and consumption (about ¥11,000/kW), rental furniture, telephone installation, etc.

Deadline for Application

Note : If space is fully booked prior to the deadline, no applications will be accepted.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing, and submitted to the Secretariat of Exhibition. No refund will be made on or after August 1 (Mon.), 2011.
