Payment of space rent

Once your application has been processed, invoice will be sent to you. It will be required to remit payment one month before the opening day of the exhibition ( i.e., by September 13) .

Changing or cancelling reservations

If you wish to change or cancel reservation for your space which an application has already been submitted, you are requested to state the reason for change or cancellation in writing, and submit to the Secretariat for approval.

Please note that the following are the cancellation charges;
Cancellation from first day after application deadline to one month before opening day ( i.e., during July 1 and September 13)
: 50% of space rent
Cancellation from one month before opening day to opening day of exhibition (i.e., during September 14 and October 13)
: 100% of space rent

Mid Sep. Deadline for submission of required documents
Oct. 11 (Mon.) to and 12 (Tue.) Carrying in / Decoration
Oct. 13 (Wed.) to Oct. 15 (Fri.) Exhibition
Oct. 15 (Fri.) Carrying out / Dismantlement
(Booths and exhibition materials to be removed immediately after end of exhibition)

※Explanatory meeting will be held in the mid August (tentative schedule) to provide detail information and regulations of the exhibition including carrying in exhibiting items, decorations, fire safety procedures, electrical wiring, etc.
