香川県老舗の「きもの御司神田」が全米最大の着物業者と独占業務提携契約締結

Tangerine Mountain Imports & Designsは、2017年10月30日放送の「Youは何しに日本へ」で特集された全米最大の中古着物/和服小売業者であり、着物＋帯セットを年間7,000セット以上販売し、着実に着物ファンを米国で増やしている強力な販売力を持つ業者です。また着物の販売のみならず、その歴史や着付けにいたるまでの講習会を販売会場で主催し、伝統的な日本文化の啓蒙活動を通じた日米文化交流活動にも力を入れております。

「きもの御司神田」は、初代神田光治郎が1919年に香川県観音寺市で創業した老舗高級着物専門店であり、本提携によりTangerine Mountain Imports & Designsが着物販売に関する一切の仲介を行うことで、全米の着物ファンの顧客に対し、日本製の高級誂え着物をスピーディーかつ言語の障壁なくお届けすることが可能となります。

On Monday, April 30, 2018, Tangerine Mountain Imports & Designs (Headquarters: Illinois, USA, Representative: Cheryl Santellano) and Kabushikigaisha Kanda (Shop Name “Kimono Ontsukasa Kanda”, Headquarters: Kanonji, Kagawa Representative: Koichiro Kanda) began an exclusive business collaboration for high-end custom-made kimono to become available in the United States (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").

Tangerine Mountain Imports & Designs is the largest second-hand kimono / Wafuku retailer in the United States, with a strong sales force that was featured on the famous TV program "You wa Nanishini Nippon e," in their broadcast on October 30, 2017.
